SATIC Learning and Development Senior Associate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a professional services or international corporate environment.

  • Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations.

  • Experience supporting global learning programmes or compliance-driven training initiatives.

  • Knowledge of data privacy and learning compliance standards in international contexts.

Desired Skill Sets

  • Hands‑on experience with LMS administration; Cornerstone OnDemand experience strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with learning assessment tools and methodologies (e.g. SCORM, xAPI, quizzes, surveys).

  • Understanding of Machine Learning & AI Fundamentals and familiarity with Generative AI.

  • Prompt Engineering: Ability to craft effective prompts for generative models.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders across cultures and time zones.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret learning data and generate actionable insights.

  • Customer focused at all times; understanding the needs of customers/stakeholders and keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions.

  • Experience of using Microsoft tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.

  • Process improvement experience; able to independently identify opportunities to improve/reengineer processes.

  • Experience of using agile project management techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the organisation Learning Management System (Cornerstone OnDemand), including course creation, user management, reporting, and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with L&D teams to ensure consistent deployment of learning content across regions.

  • Support the development and implementation of learning assessments, leveraging appropriate testing methodologies and tools.

  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on LMS functionality and best practices.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in learning operations and learner experience.

  • Maintain documentation and knowledge‑sharing resources for learning systems and processes.
